The new year brings new menu changes to the Mill as we continue to evolve our farm-to-table experience.
Our Lite Fare menu now boasts a more neighborhood pub feel with newly added sandwiches including our Signature Chicken Salad, Roast Turkey, Avocado and Bacon, and Hand-Breaded Jumbo Shrimp, Cheddar and BBQ wrap.
While the new streamlined dinner menu offers patrons a gastropub experience with popular favorites such as Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steak, Bourbon Glazed Salmon, the Polenta Vegetable Stack as well as new appetizers and entrees such as:
Chips & Dips
Freshly sliced and fried house potato chips served with our own French onion dip and another seasonal dipping selection
Three grilled lamb chop lollipops finished with a mint green goddess dressing and served over Greek dressed mixed greens with crumbled goat cheese
Roasted Pork Loin
A Pennsylvania raised, center-cut, pork loin roasted and glazed with a house-made apple-butter and bbq sauce, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and crispy balsamic glazed brussels sprouts
Tomato Braised Veal Osso Bucco
A 10 ounce veal shank is braised in a rich tomato and veal broth until tender, served over a vegetable and mushroom risotto and topped with a tomato and pan sauce reduction
