We not only demand that our vegetables, herbs, and fruits are the best, we also strive to bring you all organic, free-range, grass-fed meats, too.
Although, not local to PA, we have found an outstanding group of farms in the Midwest that offer grass-fed, pasture raised cattle. These farms are where we source our filet mignon and New York strip steaks. We feature local beef and other meats when we can, but with limited availability of stock we’ve had to reach a little further. By using these mid-western farms we’re able to offer the steaks and cuts that our patrons request while knowing the cattle are humanely raised on family ranches. This ensures that the beef we serve always has a consistent quality, shape, and size, too. All of our tenderloins are cut by weight, 8oz., and sold by height, 2 1/4” thick minimum to be exact. Our New York strips come from the same farm and are held to the same standards with one slight difference. Due to the fact we demand a cleaner cut than most butchers can provide, our NY strips are cut in-house to ensure there is less extraneous fat on your plate. Because we demand a higher quality, with strict standards and zero waste, we can make sure our patrons enjoy the best available meats at a great price!
