    All catering menu entrees include side dishes of roasted redskin potatoes,
    fresh vegetable, dinner salad, rolls, and all non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Chicken Wellington-chicken breast and mushroom duxelles
        wrapped in puff pastry with a mustard cream sauce
  • Seafood Stuffed Portabello Mushroom-a mixture of crab, shrimp,
        and scallops on a portabello mushroom cap
  • Roasted Pork Tenderloin-herb and spice rubbed pork tenderloin
        with a red wine and cherry sauce

  • Grilled Flank Steak-garlic marinated flank steak with a
        roasted red pepper and bleu cheese salsa
  • Chicken Chesapeake-seared chicken breast topped with smoked
        ham, lump crab cake, and a sherry cream sauce
